		<description>I don&#039;t see any blinding inconsistency. You are correct, globalization will suffer a setback with higher oil prices, however I feel you missed the point. If you allow me to use an analogy from biology (with human economic/social systems being the equivalent of species), globalization will be a dead-end if the global economy cannot adapt to rising oil prices. This adaptation must be towards  renewable and cheap energy source(s). So yes globalization will suffer in the short term but it&#039;s the only way for it to &#039;survive.&#039; I hope you now understand why I don&#039;t think there is any inconsistency.</description>
