Agreed SAP has created a council and a product partner system with players like Itron, OSI Soft, eMeter etc.

IBM has more successful presence and implementations going mostly solo and is much ahead in core infra for Smart Grid.

Is there a way to make use of IBM server & DB infrastructure and SAP (+partner) products to implement a Smart Grid project...may be through a System Integration player like Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Cognizant, Patni, etc?
