Also, it works the first time after restarting, but after that the Verdiem settings do not take effect - the PC stays up in full-power mode long after it should have gone to sleep/hibernation/etc. I suppose I could debug this, but given it doesn't add much functionality and life is short, I gave up and uninstalled it.
