		<description>This is interesting, but I&#039;d like to see more discussion of actual kWh per square metre energy performance data (and comparing design specification to actual usage data like EPCs versus DECs in the UK&#039;s implementation of the EU-EPBD). Like BREEAM here in the UK, these kinds of sustainability standards are useful to an extent, but can take focus away from the fact that reducing net CO2 is the only game in town. Less acronyms would also be good, sorry about that.</description>
