		<description>Great to see more focus on increasing efficiency.  I am a great believer in "What gets measured gets done", but costs of doing an energy audit in a small business are currently €2k plus.  Do you think there is a market for DIY energy audit equipment that connects to the internet.  I don't understand why the current equipment is so expensive?</description>
