The problem with the image, of course, is that a lot of light would be required to grow grass underfloor. 

Furthermore, underfloor grass would restrict the airflow thereby causing the CRAH's fans to have to spin faster to move the same amount of air. This burns more energy, thereby increasing the DC's carbon footprint.</description>
