		<description>Fascinating.  I&#039;ve been trying to figure out who&#039;s been collecting this information for awhile.  Who do I have to talk to?  I&#039;m working on creating my own specialized tool for assessing the sustainability benefits of urban agriculture (an extension of my previous master&#039;s thesis) and applying it to a social/eco enterprise that I&#039;m starting up here in Toronto (FoodCycles).
