I've been trying to figure out who's been collecting this information for awhile. Who do I have to talk to? I'm working on creating my own specialized tool for assessing the sustainability benefits of urban agriculture (an extension of my previous master's thesis) and applying it to a social/eco enterprise that I'm starting up here in Toronto (FoodCycles).
